Cancellation Policy
At KPS Indo Thai co. ltd., we understand that plans may change, and unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Period:
Cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. After Cancellations only transaction charges will be deduct. After 48 Hour of travel date there have no policy for refund.
No-Show Policy:
in case of no-show customer will not get any refund on cancellation.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
Tour Modifications:
Changes to the tour date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days before the original scheduled date.
Force Majeure:
KPS Indo Thai co. ltd. is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.
