TERMS OF USE

1. THE BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed and constitutes a contract when the travel agent issues a written confirmation after receiving the applicable deposit amount. Please carefully review your confirmation and report any inaccuracies to the Tour Operator or authorized agent promptly. Ensure that all names match those in your passport. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By making a booking, you agree to provide complete, accurate information to the Tour Operator or authorized agent.

2. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

When booking for others, you are the designated contact person for all participants on that booking. You are responsible for all payments, notifying the travel agent of any changes or cancellations, and keeping your group informed. By booking for others, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents. You must ensure that the information provided on behalf of others is accurate, and the Tour Operator is not liable for errors or omissions.

3. TICKET PRICES AND VOUCHERS

3.1 Use of the Vouchers

• You can purchase tickets from KPS Indo Thai co. ltd. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing an E-voucher, depending on the booking type and payment method.
• "Request to option" bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed as per agreed terms and conditions. Other bookings receive instant E-vouchers based on payment method.Wallet payment requires sufficient balance, while bank transfer payment involves uploading a bank payment slip, with E-vouchers issued after confirmation.
• The named person must be present at the attraction on the designated date and time. Failure to appear on time results in no refunds.

3.2 Voucher Terms

• Vouchers are one-time admission tickets to facilities and services. Unused vouchers on the specified date are non-refundable.
• Some ticket prices are exclusive to foreign or Thai tourists.
• All vouchers are subject to availability and restriction.

3.3 Cancellation of Vouchers

• Vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation. You can change information such as names at least 1 day in advance.
• If an attraction or show is closed or cancelled by the operator, we will notify you, and a full refund may be issued (excluding a 3.5% transaction fee for credit card payments).

3.4 Additional Charges

• Ticket prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT. No hidden fees except for exchange rates or bank transaction fees.

3.5 Rights and Obligations

• KPS Indo Thai co. ltd. may change ticket prices on the website without notice.
• We reserve the right to deny and cancel reservations that violate this policy.
• We are not responsible for booking mistakes made by customers.
• We cannot guarantee the best price in the market.

4. Passports, Visas, Documents, Licenses & Insurances

4.1 Your Responsibilities

• Passengers must verify current entry requirements with the consulate of their destination.
• Check visa and health requirements with the appropriate consulate before departure.
• Some Operators may require adherence to local policies, documents, and licenses.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Severability

• Unenforceable provisions will be limited or eliminated, and the rest of the Terms of Use will remain valid.

5.2 Assignment

• This Terms of Use is not transferable without KPS Indo Thai co. ltd. consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate this Terms of Use without notice.

5.3 Language

• This Terms of Use is drafted in English, and in case of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
