TERMS OF USE

1. THE BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed and becomes a legally binding agreement once the applicable deposit or full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by KPS Indo Thai Co., Ltd. or its authorized travel agent. Please review your booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any incorrect information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger names exactly match the names shown on their passports. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and agrees to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the booking process.

2. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you will be considered the primary contact person for the entire reservation. You are responsible for making all required payments, requesting any booking amendments or cancellations, communicating all booking updates to every traveler, and ensuring that the information provided is accurate. By making the booking, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from every traveler whose details you provide.

3. TICKET PRICES AND E-VOUCHERS

3.1 Use of E-Vouchers

• Tickets and travel services can be purchased through KPS Indo Thai Co., Ltd..
• After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation together with an E-Voucher depending on your selected booking and payment method.
• Bookings marked as "Request to Option" are subject to availability and will be confirmed separately. Wallet payments require sufficient account balance, while bank transfer bookings are confirmed after payment verification.
• The person named on the voucher must arrive at the attraction or service location on the specified date and time. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a No Show, and no refund will be provided.

3.2 Voucher Conditions

• Each voucher is valid for one-time admission or use only. Unused vouchers after the scheduled date are non-refundable.
• Certain attractions may offer different pricing for Thai residents and international visitors.
• All vouchers remain subject to availability, operating schedules, and attraction policies.

3.3 Voucher Cancellation

• Confirmed vouchers are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Passenger names or minor booking details may be changed at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity, subject to supplier approval.
• If an attraction, tour, or show is cancelled by the operator, customers will be notified and may receive a full refund, excluding any applicable payment processing fees such as credit card transaction charges.

3.4 Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply only due to currency exchange rates or bank transaction fees.

3.5 Rights & Responsibilities

• KPS Indo Thai Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change ticket prices, promotional offers, and product availability without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these Terms of Use or our booking policies.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate before confirming their reservation.
• KPS Indo Thai Co., Ltd. does not guarantee the lowest available market price.

4. PASSPORTS, VISAS, DOCUMENTS & TRAVEL INSURANCE

4.1 Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any other documents required for travel.
• Entry requirements should be verified directly with the embassy or consulate of the destination country before departure.
• Some attractions or tour operators may require additional documentation or compliance with local regulations.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure to protect against unexpected events.

5. GENERAL TERMS

5.1 Severability

• If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

5.2 Assignment

• These Terms of Use may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of KPS Indo Thai Co., Ltd.. We reserve the right to assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice.

5.3 Language

• These Terms of Use are prepared in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
